Under the "MIPOA History and Documents" tab of this website you will find the Association's Covenants and By-laws, the current year Operating Budget and Reserve Funds Budget, the current year assessments, the accounting statement for the Association's previous fiscal year, and information pages about the Middle Island Docks and the Sanctuary.  There is also a page of information for renters and guests.  The Association's projects to rebuild and improve the Island's amenities are described under the "Latest News" tab.  You can read about our architectural review process under the "Architectural Review" tab. Please ask the Seller of the property you are buying to turn over to you at closing any keys to Middle Island Amenities

Settlement agents should please contact Mr. Pardee, providing the mailing address and email contact information of the new owner.  Mr. Pardee can confirm whether all assessments due have been paid by the seller.  Current year assessments to be prorated at settlement will be found under the "About" tab of this website.  Please note that net annual assessments column reflects any credit due the seller from the previous year's operating surplus.
